Компания «Специальные технологии контроля» (входит в Группу Сбера) будет тиражировать и обслуживать роботизированную систему, в то время как группа JNB, ведущий производитель стоматологических товаров и услуг, – заниматься дистрибуцией и интеграцией складов нового типа.
Шаттлы сократят участие оператора на каждом этапе обработки заказа и повысят производительность труда, что поможет обеспечить своевременную и бесперебойную поставку фармацевтических препаратов до конечного потребителя по всей России.
«В медицинской отрасли важны точность и скорость. Правильно организованный склад оптимизирует сборку заказа, снизив вероятность ошибки, и облегчит работу провизоров и фармацевтов. Подписание прошло в рамках Российского Фармацевтического Форума «Лекарственная Безопасность» на ПМЭФ-2023. На площадке собрались крупнейшие компаний в области разработки, производства и дистрибьюции лекарственных препаратов, сопутствующих материалов и техники.
SberShuttle – это автоматизированная складская система. Она разработана в Центре робототехники Сбера для фулфилмент-центров электронной коммерции. Роботы-шаттлы перевозят контейнеры с товарами от мест хранения на станции подбора, что снижает расходы на сборку заказов за счет кратного увеличения скорости их обработки.
